WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone to play dual roles: a day-to-day client contact and a project manager, working internally with our conceptual design, strategy, development, and video teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and budget. The right candidate should be highly motivated, able to multitask while learning new skills, as well as creating a positive and productive experience for both clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the liaison between the clients and creative team
  • Capture all necessary details from both sides
  • Create accurate scopes and estimates and work with the team to closely track hours and budget, including freelancers, vendor, and other hard costs
  • Work with your clients to produce clear, concise, and detailed creative briefs
  • Create strong relationships with clients by being an engaging and thoughtful partner
  • Work in several project management tools internally and externally to make sure every aspect of the project is captured and clear for both teams
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and calls
  • Take detailed notes in all meetings and calls
  • Be the product owner and the last line of defense before any work is sent to the client
  • Lead and direct client and internal meetings from kick off to sunsets/retrospectives
  • Experience managing videos highly desired, with knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production processes
  • This position is ideally located in Spokane, WA, but open to remote work.
